Payment required will be for the time reserved. Credit will not be given for late arrival or early departure.
Deposit is applied to last day's reservation.
20% discount before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day.
10% discount May 27th to June 7th..

Deposit Requirements

Camping $40 for stays less than a week	Cabins 25% of Reservation $150 minimum
Camping $100 for stays a week or more

Cancellation Policies

Camping:	Deposit is non-refundable.
Cabins:	If reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, all but $25 will be refunded only if the cabin is rented to another party.
